With 3.16 deg east long., +51.13 deg lat. for the observing site, 
I found ERBS (84-108B) as a very good candidate:

Orbit is 576 x 588 km.

At 19:29.9 UT it was near theta Dra
at 19:30.3 UT it entered the Earth's shadow near gamma UMi
