I'm currently tinkering with the ftp archive. Those of you who used it
for element sets may have noticed things getting out of date. I'm test
driving some mirroring software at the moment; when this is complete I
plan to mirror archive.afit.af.mil and kilroy.jpl.nasa.gov, ie there
will be 'back copies' of the Kelso, Molczan and Thomson elsets. These
will exist under their own subdirectories but I will keep symbolic links
from the elements directory to the latest copies of each in order to
make life easier for those who just want to grab the latest tle's in one
go.
