e.g. 04966, 22870, are decaying slower than I anticipated.
05075, 05994, 22123, 23054, 23472, 23673, 23675 (appear to) have decayed.
23672 Resurs F-20 is being maneuvered from time to time,
possibly 23674 and 23676 also ?
