Hi Kevin I can confirm this by radio observations this evening. The spacecraft appears to be in storage mode and exhibiting the characteristic 600sec frequency variation indicative of rotational period of the A2100 bus based satellites in this mode. Visual observations may be rewarding. MUOS 5 in this mode was a very bright flasher.
