I thought, I see what a option in element manager program would do.

I took Ted's search orbit, for WGS 7

http://www.satobs.org/seesat/Jul-2015/0109.html

And had the program adjust the tle, for the upcoming launch.

Launch window: 2353-0042 GMT (6:53-7:42 p.m. EST) Dec 7

And the result is

WGS8
1 99999U 000 16343.01569446 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 02
2 99999 24.0048 254.0139 8296700 177.8402 1.4113 1.08404000 09

As far, as I can see, it shows the correct ground track, I expect the rocket to take.

I wanted to get an idea, of what to expect, ie the chance for me to try and see it.
