MOM Orbit

I've generated a couple of 3D pictures showing MOM's orbit rises in its
    tracking page:

    http://www.satflare.com/track.asp?q=39370

However, I found something odd in the available set of TLEs:

At epoch 13311 the mean motion was about 2, then decreased as expected to
1 on the 13312, but returned to 2 at the end of the same day (13312). Also the
    initial TLEs
show a similar behaviour. Am I missing something or it is just an error?

By the way, has someone an idea of what its standard magnitude might be?
On the 19th of November MOM should pass close to Earth and I would like to
    add
the computation of its visual magnitude.

    Best regards,
    Simone
