The Mars Orbiter launched day before by the Indian Space Research
Organization is currently orbiting Earth and is expected to leave the
planet around 30th November in its journey towards Mars. It is currently
tracked with the ID of 39370 and TLEs are available from various sources.

Is there a standard way to share location data of interplanetary space
vehicles which are no longer in Earth orbits? I mean, something like TLEs
for objects which do *not *orbit Earth but are traveling within the solar
system? Are location data of such vehicles shared across space
    organizations?

    Thanks,
    Sankar
