This UNID was bright, between 4.5 and 5th magnitude.

    I was also graced with a flash (perhaps a wink ?) from Alouette-1 62-049A.

The NOSS camera is a 50mm f2.0 lens mounted on a PC164 video camera
inside a heated weather proof housing mounted on a AZ/EL antenna rotor
setup. I cleared some trees and branches to the north of my house that
allows me to finally see in this direction. See the following image
which explains the strategy visually. It shows NOSS 3-5(A)'s passes
over the course of a few million seconds and clearly shows how it and
its cousins all fall into a line where the camera is aimed.

This technique became practical thanks to Cees Bassa's support and
    wonderful software.
