    NOTES:
    --------
    (1) Not a good night and got progressively worse as cirrus got
thicker and thicker - eventually had to abandon observing.

    (2) Three unknowns found as follows:

        (a) Object in LEO. Found while setup on position for NOSS 3C.
Originally thought it might be NOSS 3C but track angle
not the same. About magnitude +8.5 slightly variable.
About limit for current optical configuration with camera
            stationary.

        (b) Suspect same unknown observed 13 November, satellite
drifting slowly eastwards. Probably last time Ill see it
as observed at elevation 18 degrees in east - cant go much
            lower. Near ELEKTRO-L satellite.

        (c) This is an easy bright one - currently in vicinity of
PAKSAT 1R and PAN. Aout the same brightness as PAKSAT 1R
and brighter than PAN which is fainter than PAKSAT 1R.

    (3) USA 186 #28888 is currenly "lost". Ill have to do a plane search for it.

    (4) Quite a few more leo sats to report but my eyes have had enough
for today - maybe I need new spectacles :-((( - more likely a
         complete set of new eyes!

    Cheers
    Greg
