Phobos Grunt obs, 24 Nov 2011, 0007Z, Falcon, CO US

    Picked it up going through Aquila.  It may have gotten a bit brighter but it did decrease in brightness at some point after culmination.  Observed for almost three minutes and saw no brightness changes indicative of a tumbling satellite.  That of course assumes that the brightness would change enough to be obvious if tumbling.
    
    Immediately after picking it up in 7x50 binoculars, I commented on the orange tint.  
    
    Max elevation ~87 degrees.  SW to NE pass.  Sun only about 6 degrees below the horizon.
