Scott Tilley sent me Doppler curves from five passes on Nov 17 UTC, from which I derived the following:

1 78095U          11321.83614750  .00000030  00000-0  52008-4 0    06
2 78095  63.4300 108.3685 0123000 359.6060   0.4847 13.40583000    00

I believe it to be accurate to a few tens of seconds of time, for the next 24 h.
