Where is the Soyuz R/B?

    For some reason there are no elements as yet for the R/B  (catalogued as 37878) from the TMA-22 launch.
    The usual chain of events would see this decay in a few days from now.
    I would have liked to  see if I could find this object tonight as we have good passes of the TMA and the ISS, but unfortunately I am completely clouded out.
