    [slightly OT] ... I wrote an ISS tracking program for iPhone a couple of years ago and discovered my phone to be up to two minutes off true time (I went as far as writing a network time client into my prediction software to get better time!).  Apparently, 'cellular phone time' commonly deviated by large amounts.  More recently, iPhone time is much more closer to true -- I don't know if the phone company is doing a better job or the iPhone is using network time instead.
