Mike McCants has reported (off-list) that OTV 1-1 was a no-show when he and Ed Cannon attempted to
observe it last night under favourable conditions. Time was Nov 14, 00:28:49 UTC. Elevation was 22
deg, with phase angle ~91 deg. It should have been about mag 4. Added to Brad Young's non-sighting a
couple minutes earlier, albeit at much less favourable elevation and phase angle, I believe it is
reasonable to assume that it has manoeuvred.

The last reported positional observation was by myself, 2010 on Nov 10, 23:47 UTC.

The last reported sighting was by Bill Arnold, on 2010 Nov 12, at 00:00:10 UTC, so the apparent
manoeuvre occurred sometime over the 48 h between Bill's obs, and last night's non-obs.

    I am evaluating search strategy.
