The following elements take advantage of the new observations reported by Alberto Rango and Brad
    Young:

    X-37B OTV 1-1 295 X 348 km
    1 36514U 10015A 10308.98045609 .00002473 00000-0 10000-4 0 03
    2 36514 39.9879 233.5686 0039815 194.9076 165.0574 15.83947777 07
Arc 20101104.05-1104.99 WRMS resid 0.033 totl 0.021 xtrk

After consultation with Alberto, and in light of Brad's observation, I have tentatively concluded
that Alberto reduced the wrong star. Conditions were cloudy, so Alberto allowed a 10 percent
probability that he could have confused the stars. Here is my revision:

    36514 10 015A 4641 G 20101104175019160 17 24 1658926+072836 37 S

I have not discarded Alberto's version yet; I want to see how it looks in light of additional
    observations.
