This evening, I failed to see OTV-1 during an expected pass 2010 Nov 02
    22:35 UTC just above
Jupiter. Although the sky wasn't very dark, the expected magnitude of
    about 3-4 should've been
easy to see in my 10x50 binoculars.

    Clear and dark skies!
