    Observed it (cat. # 16101) on 1 Nov 2010 UTC from about
    3:24:43 to 3:29:14, RA 21:34-38, Dec. -18.3 to -18.2.
    PPAS reports (with yesterday's slightly revised):

    85- 87 A 10-10-31 03:26:25   EC  225.5 0.1  15 15.03 +4.0->inv
    85- 87 A 10-11-01 03:29:14   EC  301.0 0.1  20 15.05 +4.0->inv

    It's fun to see a flashing geosynch with such a short
    flash period along with bright flashes. It seems
    that the last time I was able to observe it was about
    seven years ago.

    I found Fleetsatcom 1 (78-016A, 10669) again (from
    2:42:44 to 2:58:50 UTC) but only saw four flashes,
    one of them 14 minutes after the others. The three
    elapsed times were 42.37, 72.41, and then 851.06
    (which is fairly close to 20 times 42.37). This
    one is very hard for me to look for/at continuously
    for more than a couple of minutes at a time with my
    handheld binoculars.
