GOCE flare/glint time from photograph measurement

    I measured yesterday's image of the GOCE (09-013A) flare, yielding an accurate 
    time for the flare/glint:
    
    17:40:34.9 UTC (Nov 19)
    
    This is a time that makes sense, model-wise.
