    Bob Christy has provided final TCA (time of closest approach) values of his
    original observations, plus a subsequent one, and I have estimated
    corresponding positions. Kevin Fetter made a video this morning, from which
    I extracted a single point. I observed the object one rev after Kevin, and
    obtained three additional points. Here is the consolidated data set:

    I excluded Bob's data from the final result, only because the arc is very
    short, and the time precision is inherently quite a bit less than that of
    the optical data; also, the positions are estimates. However, Bob's TCA
    (time of closest approach) residuals are very good - his first and third
    times agree with the final result to within less than 1 s, and the middle
    point is only 2.3 s late - all are within the reported uncertainty margin.
    Within a longer arc, such data has been shown to yield accurate elements,
    whether used alone, or in combination with optical data.
