    Notes:
    ------
    
    (1) I cant find a match for the unknown seen. Moved across top corner of
        wide field camera so only possible to get three positions. A rough
        calculation indicates inclination about 41 degrees, period about 181
        minutes and RA Node 23.8 and standard magnitude +3.8, height about
        4300 kms. Magnitude was +5 varying to mag +6. I checked several
        SPACETRACK "all elements" issues and nothing matched so this one looks
        interesting, although with such a small arc many orbits can be
        fitted.
    
    (2) This concludes all observations worth reporting for 20 Nov 2008 which
        produced two unknowns,several bird transits and one meteor.
