    I see according to this

    http://www.fcc.gov/Daily_Releases/Daily_Business/2008/db1031/DA-08-2440A1.pdf

    It says

On October 10, 2008, the Satellite Policy Branch granted with conditions, PanAmSat Licensee Corp.'s request for special temporary authority for
a period of 14 days commencing on November 5, 2008, to stop the drift of Galaxy 11 at the 32.5 E.L. orbital location and to conduct tests at that
location prior to continuing the drift of the satellite to the 32.8 E.L. orbital location.

So that's solve's that problem, intelsat's info is wrong. And here I thought they be in control of there satellite, and know where it's located, he he he :)

So hey John, you can go look for it, when you have a clear sky.

    Kevin
