Inmarsat 4-F3 easy to see = mag 8 range

    At 6:13 UTC ( Nov 4 ) Inmarsat 4-F3 ( 33278 ) is around magnitude 8, ie easy to see.
    
    No suprise, as it's near opposition for the night, and has a large kapton covered main body, to reflects lots of light. 
    
    They need to put more Inmarsat 4's, into orbit.
