Somewhat hazy conditions. 05-016A did it's "disappearance trick" again at 17:35:20 UTC (Nov 18), near the end of the 2nd exposure. Last weeks clearings mostly developed late in the evening, after the local LEO visibility window. While losing the sats, this did allow to target comet 17P/Holmes these nights, some results of which can be seen here: http://sattrackcam.blogspot.com/search/label/17P%2FHolmes It turns out that with stacking techniques, even a simple digital compact camera like my Canon Ixus on a fixed tripod can yield quite nice results.
