On Nov 14 at 22:39 UTC, a proton rocket will liftoff with the SIRIUS 4 geo sat.

SIRIUS 4 will be parked at 5 degrees east, where it will join

    ASTRA 1C ( 22653 ) SIRIUS 2 ( 25049 ) SIRIUS 3 ( 25492 ) located at that orbital slot.

The APT from this launch, will be placed into a 49 degree inclined orbit.
Then that will make 19 of them, to observe.
