Up very early this morning ( 0430 gmt ) to prepare for a low elevation pass
    of ISS

Sky was clear but thin high cloud was pressing in
    Venus and Nars were clear....................

However as pass time appraoched the inevitable happened and the cloud /fog
    thickened

I managed to catch our first glimpse of the new array and Harmony , but only
    through gaps in the cloud.
The station was no where near the -3.7 predicted...in fact I would say it
    was -2 at best

    Pass time was 0552GMT

Havnt checked yet but it looks like the starboard array is not rotatating ,
but port is ( Is is the starbaord that has been disconnected until the
    problems are sorted? )

    John
