Bill Gray of Guide fame has set up a pseudo-MPEC for Rpsetta at http://home.gwi.net/~pluto/mpecs/rosetta2.htm He used his find_orb programme to calculate helio centric orbits before and after close approach, using the observations provided by catalina, spacewatch and peter Birtwhistle asteroid observers.
