    Between 1:39 – 3:42 UTC ( Nov 11 ) a boeing delta 4 heavy rocket, will liftoff with the last DSP
satellite.

It's planned orbit, after seperation from the upper stage is 19,386 x 19,386 nmi, inclined by 4
degrees.
