From Dan Laszlo, Fort Collins CO USA. The shuttle eluded me on this pass. Projected elevation was 7 degrees at best and minimum range around 250 miles. Air was very transparent to the N, with clouds intruding about 4 degrees from azimuth 20 degrees to 90 degrees. Scanning with handheld 10x30 binoculars yielded an eastbound airliner around pass time at 3 degrees elevation. I listened for a boom, about 10 minutes post pass, negative also. A couple inopportune autos could have prevented detection. DL ________________________________________________________________________ Email and AIM finally together.
