Directv 2 ( 23192 ) was faint, when I observed it flashes

94- 47 A 07-11-04 23:51:20.8 KF                 138     10->inv

Ekran 12 ( 14821 ), also was flashing faintly, when I observed it. Roughly 1 minute between
flashes.

Don't remember when I observed it last night, as I didn't keep the video
