    Gorizont 23 was flashing to at least mag 6, around 5:19 UTC ( Oct 31 )

    Video showing the first of 2 flares Intelsat 1R gives. It was in the 5th magnitue, at the time.

    I have observed Intelsat 1R flare up bright twice, during the night. The flare shown inthe video, occurs a few minutes before the second flare. See my message, on the times I have observed it's flaring.
