    It says
    
    The satellites will have a known mass ratio (2:1)
    
    I assume that the correct one, since it's U.S. Naval Research Laboratory experiment, and they
    would have the correct info.
    I could be wrong.

    There's satellite's called MEPSI being released, but they are small, and thus of no interest to
