My start point for 11732 was 2.75 degree above Hamal, alpha Aries, with
07816 also in field of view. I followed 11732 because it had a 19 day old el
that I downloaded yesterday. I had trouble reducing my points on 11732 at
first, but i think these are correct points.

When I first pointed my telescope to Hamal to get ready for above obs on
both 11732 and 07816, at 23.26.30 UTC there was an unknown sat seen. I was
able to id as Cosmos 567 06678 73037D.
