Nearly a fortnight since my last obs and a slightly frustrating session,
where I messed up a timing of the NOSS 3-3 pair before bagging a couple of
old rocket bodies. The Milstar 3 was my first Centaur. The timings for
99-023B may be slightly out as I had accidentally set my stopwatch to read
decimal minutes and had to convert back to mm:ss.ss. The first point is
8.719s late; but the second point is only 5.209s late. By the time I
observed 92-086C I had reset the stopwatch.
