Good afternoon

Just received SeeSat Digest #402 and see that half
the observations reported were dropped by SeeSat
in sending out the report in the digest. To see all
the observations check the SeeSat website which 
shows that the message was received properly so
it looks like a problem on the SeeSat send out.
