Notes:
--------
(1) Main purpose of tracking session was:
#90058 - low perigee object
#90028 - so as to get orbital period as a result of orbit change
Check if geostationary Italian military communications satellite
SICRAL1 still at its normal location - confirmed that it had not
moved.
Get optical characteristics of unknown geostationary #91085 found
last time - looks like a DSP satellite.
Observe #90020 -routine check.
(2) #11852 KH9-16 elint tracked at 14 degree elevation - faint!
(3) Prior to 20h35m40sUT object #91085 was invisible, even with a long
integration. At 20h35m40sUT started flashing then got brighter till
about maximum brightness of mag +8.5 . It then faded and stopped
flashing at about 21h20m30s UT when it became fainter than about
magnitude +13.
(4) Bright magnitude -3 object reported last report could not possibly
be a satellite - now suspect it was a slowish moving meteor.
Cheers
Greg
