BADR-4 geo sat launch on Nov 9

    The BADR-4 geo sat is ready for it's ride to orbit.
    
    Launch time is 2:01 UTC ( Nov 9 ) are 3:01 pm EST ( Oct 8 )
    
    The spacecraft seperation event after launch will be much shorter then on past launches.
    
    Only 4 hours after launch, compared to 9+ hours.

    That will make APT #15. One of the APT's failed to be dumped from the upper stage of the proton
    rocket for the ARABSAT 4A satellite, so I don't count it, as it's not a seperate object.
