    More thorough investigation on similarities
might result in a different optical period.

Request to Kevin Fetter: Is it possible for
him to videorecord this object in a couple of
transits east of the observer and a couple of
    transits west of the observer.

    note 2.
    1983-022A (13923) NOAA 8
Optical pattern changed from irregular to regular.
Irrgelar in this case means several relative maxima
within a period that disappeared later in the transit.

    note 3.
    1999-067A (25991) DMSP 5D-2 F15
Flash period suggests that this payload is still operational.

    note 4.
    1973-086U (07028) NOAA 3 r deb
The subsequent maxima showed a certain waving (undulation?)

    note 5.
Period determined by counting the minima, as indicated by the comma
in stead of the apostrophe. Secondary maxima occurred alternately.

    note 6.
    1979-057A nnnnn
In the beginning of my measurement all maxima were flashes
evolving to round maxima at the end.
    flashy maxima:
    11.16 [3.45 7.77] [3.81 2.99 4.79]
    rather round maxima:
    [6.75 5.15] [3.47 2.77 4.37] [6.72 4.80] [6.72 4.35]
    [4.00 3.22 4.24] [7.44(m 1) 40.6] [4.38 7.06] 11.53
    [3.99 2.23 5.59]
