Headlights on....ISS and that glowing radiator

    Been some discussion lately about the visual changes since the last 
mission....

Good example is this small animation from last night.....low elevation pass 
with the station glowing white.....then suddenly increasing in brightness as 
the new P3/4 radiator "lights up "
