I have had some enquiries concerning the outcome. Unfortunately the Space-Track user agreement does not allow the final report to be entered in here or relayed to non-subscribers of Space-Track. It also appears that there was quite a delay between the time of the final report being made and its actually getting into Space-Track. Once the final ground track is in sites such as Obsat and Reentry News with permission to relay we will be in a better position to comment and discuss. For those who may not be familiar with it you can apply to register with Space-Track at http://www.space-track.org - there is then an approval process for which you will need to await the result and it is essential to read and observe the user agreement, even though it can be frustrating!
