After a stormy and snowy weekend in the rest of the Netherlands (in Medemblik just a little bit of snow and a hard wind friday morning), it cleared this morning. There were some clouds in the west and I missed the first flashes of Superbird A. Right after the obs other clouds moved in. So sometimes it pays off to get up early. The URL explaning the numbers : http://www.satobs.org/tumble/flashpm.html#PPASformat 89- 41 A 05-11-28 03:40:33.03LB 299.0 0.2 27 11.08 Ff, 3(5)->i Timings: 11.12 10.92 11.19 10.98 11.10 11.04 11.04 11.08 11.11 11.06 11.04 11.17 10.99 11.16 11.06 11.08 11.00 11.13 22.27 11.03 22.15 22.25 22.07 sec. Saw I flash before timing. The period is going down slowly; it doesn't show in the PPAS reports as the period is reported with two digits after the decimal point. But with a digit more it is obvious and perhaps there is some short cycle in it. 05-11-10 343.66 0.2 31 11.085 05-11-14 343.41 0.2 31 11.078 05-11-18 343.44 0.2 31 11.079 05-11-19 365.52 0.2 33 11.076 05-11-20 343.63 0.2 31 11.085 05-11-22 254.87 0.2 23 11.081 05-11-28 299.04 0.2 27 11.076 2005: 848 obs PPAS: 14439 obs Greetings and clear, dark skies Leo Barhorst, Medemblik NL Cospar 4252 52.76350 N 5.09114 E 2 m ASL http://www.satlist.nl/index.html ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
