Following Ed Cannon and Mike McCant's predictions, I saw both last night
    from Tulsa. ECS4 (Eutelsat 1-4) Ncat 18351 was very tentative in 10 x 50s
    (7m flash at best):

    1 2:25:27 UT +7 no position
    2 2:27:39 UT +7 approx 1h52m -8 dec

Italsat 1 (#21055) much easier, with 1x flashes but quick to fade:

    1 3:48:18 +3 1x no position
    2 3:49:18 +3 1x no position
    3 3:50:18 +4 10x50 binocs 0h25m -13.1
    4 3:51:19 +5 10x50 binocs 0h26m -13.1
    5 3:52:20 +6 10x50 binocs 0h27m -13.1

It seemed like I saw a "preflash" just before #4 (5 s earlier) of about mag
    7.5
