But if I were AFRL, probably I would yet try Shijian 5 :-) I added four more possible easy-to-access targets for XSS-11: 05556 1971-087B THOR BURNER 2 R/B 07219 1974-015B THOR BURNER 2A R/B 12553 1981-059A NOAA-7 20788 1990-081A FENGYUN 1B without checking the no-elements-available satellites. Right now NOAA-12 seems the easiest of all objects but of course orbital planes will migrate something with time.
