    Notes:
    --------

    (1) 90004 - a positive observation but due to very bright twilight sky and
    the
satellite flashing the observation recorded on DVD is not as good as
seen in real time so possibly a small error in time and position (
time error less than a second). As this is a last possible observation
for a while as the satellite is now in my "day" sky and the satellite
has not been observed for several months at least this observation
should give a reasonable "update" on the current orbit.

    (2) TIPS observations are for the centre of the tether.

    (3) KH9-17 #13172 running quite a bit off time/track. Difficult to get
accurate positions as the trailed image was not well defined at its
extremeties. The satellite varies from about mag +6.5 to invisible
and doing two flashes in each of the two 1.28 second long trailed
        images obtained.

    (4) Still to report

         #90013
         #90039
         #90041
         Lacrosse 4
         #90031
         #90008

plus as assortment of strays - nothing important.

    (5) No sign of #90016 so it has moved - will hunt for it once the moon
has disappeared from my evening sky.

    Cheers
    Greg
