Russell Eberst, Ed Light and Peter Wakelin observed on Nov 12 UTC. All observed
at least the rocket, resulting in the updated elements below:

    XSS-11 r 1.3 1.1 0.0 7.6 v
    1 28637U 05011B 05316.25461611 .00000036 00000-0 20000-4 0 02

    Arc 2005 Oct 29.24 - Nov 09.23, WRMS residuals = 0.014 deg

Ed was in some doubt as to which object he observed; however since it was
varying in brightness, it mostly was the rocket, which is varying. XSS-11 is
    steady in brightness.

Peter also spotted XSS-11, leading its rocket by 1.7 s (time), or about 12.6 km
    along-track.

Here is a summary of XSS-11 observations reported to-date, with its along-track
    position relative its rocket:

     Date UTC
    Nov 07 05:50 6.2 km ahead (Russell)
    Nov 09 05:30 0.3 km ahead (Russell)
    Nov 12 05:00 12.6 km ahead (Peter)

It seems clear that on Nov 09, Russell spotted a rendezvous in progress.
