Does anyone have TLEs for the SWIFT launch?
I'm particularly interested in a TLE for the second stage.

Or, if someone knows the USSPACECOM catalog number then I can get it from
    OIG.

     Thanks,

(N.B.: TLE for someone I know with a lower latitude)

:Launch took place at 17:16:00.611 UTC. As previously mentioned
inclination on final orbit will be no greater than 22 degrees, separation is
due to occur over Hawaii at T plus 80 minutes and ground track can be seen
    at http://www.spaceflightnow.com/delta/d309/041111track.html Height of
final orbit will be 373 statute miles.

Hopefully subject to separation occurring as scheduled this will assist in
    preparation of provisional TLEs.
