An underburn occurred: the orbit was only raised 1.6 miles (2.6 km.) - according to NASA and this appears to be correct. The Russian Information Agency reported that it was LOWERED by this amount: I think the reporter has interpreted the fact that the final orbit was lower than expected as meaning the orbit was lowered. I won't post TLEs as these are readily available. (Potential obs of a nice pass near Saturn an hour or so ago totally clouded out.)
