    Spaceflight Now reports that the inclination of the parking orbit will be  28.47
    deg - about the same as the latitude of the launch site. Two subsequent burns
    will decrease the inclination and raise the altitude, resulting in a 22 deg (or
    less), 600 km circular orbit:
