    I know by heart this satellite has this flashy behaviour.

    In our PPAS (Photometric Periods of Artificial satellites) the last five
    flash reports are:
    94- 68 A 03-04-06 20:21:36.1 BD 129.2 0.3 45  2.87  F, 4.0->i
    94- 68 A 03-04-10 03:36:59   EC  58.0 0.4  5 11.6   +4
    94- 68 A 03-04-29 03:18:51.0 EC 115.3 0.3 10 11.53  +1->inv
    94- 68 A 03-06-09 03:15:51   EC 105.1 0.4  9 11.68  -2->inv
    94- 68 A 04-04-26 20:22:40   LB 121.2 0.2 40  3.03  Ff,,,, 3(4)->i, note b2

    in which the last column is a kind of comment: F and Ff explicitely state
    the flashing behaviour.
