If I leave some item out, that you don't figure yourself, I'll send a sample. On F2 menu, set F3=90 (or -90), F4=180, F5=-6365k. (You can save this site as N.Hemisphere or whatever, and/or the final .cfg as N_Hemi) On F4, F9=Show, F10=On, V=Inverse are crucial! Also F4/L must contain world.pnt, and this file must be in the current folder, or the Main menu/D directory. Set F4/F2 to map centre WEST longitude and latitude, F4/F3 and F4/F4 as desired. You may want to hide star labels, or reduce the magnitude. On F7, set F7=Horizon (crucial)! On F7/F9 Set F7 at least 0, 6378+perigee, F8, F9 as -89.9. On F7/L F3=No constraint. If you have F1 as Sunlit, set F5 as appropriate for 6500+ km range! You may also want F1/F8 = 0,1 or whatever, to show only bright stars. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bruce MacDonald" > Bjorn > > I also use Skymap but I was wondering how you have managed to generate > ground tracks using this program. > > Would you be able to tell me how you did it? > ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
