    In PPAS format:
    89-041 A 03-11-30 03:17:55.84JDG1032.3 0.3  46 22.44  +7.0->inv
    89-041 A 03-11-30 03:32:08.61JDG 695.7 0.3  62 11.221 +1.0->inv

    The first PPAS report covers the so-called (by me anyway) "Phantom Surface".
    What was particularly noteworthy was, with the exception of the first few
    flashes, they were all double flashes. The main flash was preceded by a dimmer
    flash by about 0.5 second. The double flashes ended abruptly at 03:17:55 UTC.
    This was followed by the usual Superbird A flash pattern (Second PPAS report).

    The phase shift for Superbird A occurred at 03:26:30 UTC 30 November 2003.
